Returns
We accept returns on brand-new, unused books only. If a book has been used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Non-Returnable Items: All sales, clearance items, personalized products, and other marked non-refundable items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our warehouse. Please do not send your purchase back without authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photo and video evidence of the damage. We will arrange for free return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost to you. We will also provide you with a barcode to use for shipping the damaged or incorrect item back to us.
Shipping Costs
- For damaged or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
- For other returns (e.g., change of mind): You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using your local postal service or a preferred carrier for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that we may hold the refund until we have received the returned product.
Exchanges and Store Credit: At this time, we do not offer exchanges or store credit.
Refund Denials
Refunds may be denied if:
- The returned item is found to be used or damaged upon receipt.
- The return was initiated after the 30-day return window.
